Education: graduated from Peabody High School and attended Morrison college for two years. Civilian occupation: student and a porter. His father was John H. Hunter, farmer. His mother was Effie Hunter. His brother was Ernest Hunter and two sisters, Carrie Franklin and Ernestine Anderson.
